Thomas Lomenzo is a busy 23-year-old. When he’s not busy with business management classes at the University of Massachusetts Boston or coaching football at Boston College High School, he’s selling homes on Cape Cod.
At just 20 Thomas left his job as a personal trainer and became a realtor. From the beginning, it was clear he was going to be successful. In just a couple weeks Thomas had sold his first home — for more than $600,000.
Thomas works primarily with buyers and does admit that sometimes his age can cause some hesitation. However, Thomas is fully committed to serving his client’s needs, regardless of whether or not he's also taking on a full course load.
Thomas was recently profiled in the Real Estate section of the Boston Globe, you can read the full article here.
